Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To initiate the return process, you will need to send us an e-mail with your order number and a brief explanation as to why you seek to return the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate we will send you an email asking how you would like to receive your money back.
  • If you decide to receive store credit, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours from receiving your confirmation.
  • If you decide you want your money back, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours but please be mindful that it could take up to 90 days for you to see it on your credit card (or the method you used when checking-out).

Shipping back items

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item or items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
